It is probably clear through all of my posts and coverage of the Tom Hooper-directed version of Les Misérables, that I am very excited for this film. Well for those of you who are also excited and fans of Les Misérables, you will be happy to know that another trailer has been released.
This trailer is longer then the original trailer that was released and does an excellent job of showing more of each of the major characters. As the audience, we finally get a look at some brief footage of the Thénardier’s and more of their daughter Éponine. We also get to see more of Marius and Cosette and how their relationship develops. Something else that is quite exciting about this trailer is the diverse range of songs and performances shown.
Before I ruin too much, watch the trailer for yourself here on YouTube or Apple Movie Trailers. Let me know what you think in the comments below and of course share with friends and family who you think might also enjoy this trailer!

Those of you who are fans of Les Misérables will be very happy and excited to know that two new TV spots have recently been released. The first TV spot is entitled “Medley” and it gives us a chance to see most of the seminal characters and provides a strong idea of the relationships that form throughout the story. Plus, we get to hear a little bit of young Cosette’s classic song “Castle On A Cloud.” However, there has been no footage or scenes of the Thénardier’s released yet.
The second TV spot is entitled “I Dreamed a Dream” and once again, we get to hear Anne Hathaway’s amazing performance of the classic song. This TV spot is fairly similar to the original trailer, but it does have a few short new scenes that are sure to get all the Les Misérables fans excited and hungry for more!
