Movie Exclusive – New Full Length Trailer for Darren Aronofsky’s “Noah”

A thrilling and action-packed new trailer has been released for the Darren Aronofsky-directed adventure, Noah. This trailer shows some footage that has already been released in previous trailers. We do, however, get a deeper look at the ark and the animals that join Noah and his family. Plus, we get a closer glimpse at the flood event.

Although Noah is based off of the classic biblical story of Noah’s Ark, it is going to focus in on details of the story and have a more gritty and realistic feel to it. The overall purpose of the ark will be slightly different and it will not be used to travel. Instead, the ark will simply be used to stay safe during the major weather event. Watch the exhilarating new trailer below:

Noah has quite an extensive cast and stars Russell Crowe, Emma Watson, Logan Lerman, Jennifer Connelly, Ray Winstone, and Anthony Hopkins. Plus, actors Douglas Booth, Kevin Durand, Martin Csokas, Mark Margolis, Sami Gayle, and Madison Davenport also star in this epic.

What do you think of this new trailer? Are you interested in seeing Noah when it hits theaters on March 28, 2014?

Into the Woods - first look

Are you looking forward to any of the movies on this list? Are there any movies that aren’t on this list that you want to see? Do you think 2014 will be a strong year for movies?

First Look – Six New Images for Darren Aronofsky’s “Noah”

Six new images have been revealed for director Darren Aronofsky’s next major motion picture, Noah. These new images from the highly anticipated film feature Russell Crowe, Emma Watson, Logan Lerman, Jennifer Connelly, Ray Winstone, and Anthony Hopkins.

Aronofsky has also directed films such as Black Swan and The Wrestler and has produced several other critically acclaimed films. He is a very talented film maker and tends to be involved in many different aspects of the movies he makes. For Noah, Aronofsky was one of the screenwriters who worked on the script and is on of six producers.

Although Noah is based off of the classic biblical story of Noah’s Ark, it is going to focus in on details of the story and have a more gritty and realistic feel to it. According to an article on Collider, the overall purpose of the ark will be different in this adaptation. Instead of the ark being a ship for travelling in, the ark is designed to simply prevail against the flood.

In addition, the costumes are also quite different compared to what is usually portrayed in the biblical tale, adding more to the gritty feeling Aronofsky and his team were aiming for.

Noah also stars Douglas Booth, Kevin Durand, Martin Csokas, Mark Margolis, Sami Gayle, and Madison Davenport. What do you think of these new images in the gallery below? Are you a fan of Aronofsky’s work as a director? Will you be seeing Noah when it hits theaters March 28, 2014?

Movie Exclusive – New Images from Sofia Coppola’s “The Bling Ring”

Fans of director Sofia Coppola will be excited to know that some exclusive images have been released for her next project entitled The Bling Ring. This film has an amazing cast that includes Emma Watson, Kirsten Dunst, Leslie Mann, Taissa Farmiga, Erin Daniels, Israel Broussard, Katie Chang, Maika Monroe, Claire Alys Julien, and Gavin Rossdale.

Coppola wrote the screenplay and directed the film, which is based on real events, The story follows a group of fame-obsessed teenagers who use the Internet to track celebrities’ whereabouts and to try to rob their homes. When the first image was released last June, the film still did not have an official release date. However, it was recently announced that The Bling Ring will be hitting theaters June 14, 2013.

Today is actually Emma Watson’s birthday, so I would like to just wish her a Happy Birthday! Watson won the Trailblazer Award last night at the MTV Movie Awards for her work in the film industry. Personally, I thought that the speeches and tribute to her work was very well done and captured her career so far quite nicely.

Take a look at these exclusive images from The Bling Ring below and if you have not seen the first teaser trailer for the film, you can watch it here. What do you think of the trailer? What do you think of these new images? Does The Bling Ring look like a film you may be interested in watching?
