“Breaking Bad” – Season Five premiere dates announced

The premiere dates for the fifth and final season of AMC’s Breaking Bad have been announced. The network has decided to split the final season, airing eight episodes this year, and eight next year. Breaking Bad is to return July 15, 2012 at 10pm. Once the eight episodes air this summer, fans are going to have to wait until summer of 2013 to watch the final eight episodes of the critically acclaimed, Emmy-winning drama.

Breaking Bad stars Bryan Cranston, Anna Gunn, Aaron Paul, Dean Norris, Betsy Brandt, RJ Mitte, and Bob Odenkirk. It is a show about a chemistry teacher Walter White (Cranston) whom is diagnosed with Stage III cancer and given only two years to live and he decides he has nothing to lose. He lives with his wife (Gunn) and teenage son (Mitte), who has cerebral palsy, in New Mexico. He wants to make certain that his family will have a secure future; White embarks on a career of drugs and crime. He proves to be capable in this new world as he begins manufacturing and selling methamphetamine with one of his former students (Paul). The series looks at the impacts of a fatal diagnosis on a regular hard working man and how that changes him and affects his principles.

    Supet excited!!!!!! But what a way to draw out the final season. It better be well worth the wait. 🙂
